HA30 Dry Grey Concrete

The HA30 dry concrete supplied by AYMAR S.A. is a conglomerate of marble aggregates and cement, prepared in factory and bagged in dry state so that the user, adding water in the indicated proportion and kneading it, obtains a mass concrete, reinforced or prestressed, of adequate and constant quality for construction works in general in environments of normal exposure, high humidity, (XC2), to form volumes of resistant material, such as concrete for sidewalks, concrete for curbs, concrete for filling, printed concrete, polished screeds...

The raw materials used in the manufacture of our dry concrete are in accordance with the provisions of the Instruction for Structural Concrete EHE-08 (Royal Decree 1247/2008) duly certified with respect to the applicable regulations and, where appropriate, in CE conformity.

  • Application field
  • Instructions of use
  • Recomendations of use
  • Add 2.5 l. to 3 l. of mixing water per bag, 10% by weight, and mix manually or mechanically until a homogeneous mass is obtained, apply and vibrate correctly.
  • Remember that the higher the mixing water, the lower the final resistance.
  • The minimum thickness of the application will be of 4 cm, always allowing a complete compaction of the mass.
  • Use clean water, free of grease and oils. Do not use water of unknown characteristics, nor marine water.
  • Do not apply at temperatures lower than 5ºC or higher than 35ºC.
  • Avoid frost, strong winds and intense sun exposure during its application.
  • The addition of other material (additives, cement, etc.) can change the behavior and characteristics of the product.
  • Preparation of the substrate: clean and wet the substrates before application and wait for the water film to disappear.
  • Prepare it with suitable meshes to reinforce the concrete.
  • Preparation of the mixture: always use clean, running water.
  • Add 2.5 l. of mixing water per bag and mix mechanically until a homogeneous mass is obtained and apply.
  • Application of the paste: the minimum thickness of the application will be of 4 cms, always allowing a complete compaction of the mass.
  • Once the kneading is done, it will be applied before the beginning of setting.
  • Excess water causes a decrease in resistance.
  • Apply on substrates with a certain degree of absorption, humidity and perfectly set.
  • Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.
  • Avoid frost, strong winds and exposure to intense sunlight during application.
  • The addition of other material (additives, cement, etc.) can change the behavior and characteristics of the product.
