HLE25 lightweight dry Concrete is a high-quality concrete suitable for general construction work in environments with normal exposure and high humidity (XC2).

Ideal for: rehabilitation of weakened and dilapidated slabs, filling air chambers, drainage, insulation on land, on sloping roofs and basement walls, walkable screeds and leveling compounds, bathroom and kitchen floors, etc.

• Preparation of the support: Clean and moisten the supports before application and wait for the film of water to disappear. Prepare it with suitable meshes to reinforce the concrete.

• Preparation of the mixture: Always use clean, running water. Add 2.6-2.8 l of mixing water per bag and mix mechanically until a homogeneous mass is obtained, then apply.

• Application of the paste: The minimum application thickness shall be 6 cm, always allowing for complete compaction of the mass. Once mixed, apply before setting begins.

• Provide expansion joints every 50m² and at the joints with pillars.
• In the case of roofs subject to vehicular traffic, the pavement layer must be at least 8cm thick.
• Excess water causes a decrease in resistance.
• Apply to substrates with a certain degree of absorption, humidity, and perfectly set.
• Allow to set for a minimum of 12 hours under normal conditions.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
• Avoid frost, strong winds, and intense sun exposure during application.
• The addition of other materials (additives, cement, etc.) may change the behavior and characteristics of the product.
