Revemar Top

Revemar Top plaster putty provides a fine, white finish with high adhesion and is ideal for decorating with satin paints, colored coatings, etc., or for repairing/renovating surfaces.

Composition

Composed of crushed metamorphic limestone aggregates for use in construction, as aggregates for concrete and mortars (EN 12620), cement CEM I - 42,5R (EN 197-1 and UNE 80601), calcium hydroxide, slaked hydrated aerial lime (EN 459-1) and organic additives to improve compressive strength.

  • Application field
  • Instructions of use
  • Recomendations of use

Ideal for plastering and repairing surface defects for both interiors and exteriors, it can be used on absorbent substrates such as cement-based mortars, concrete, brick, etc. Its characteristics make it a practical product to handle, and its long open time allows working with large surfaces.

  • Substrate preparation: the substrate must be clean, cohesive (without disintegrable parts) and free of any substance that may affect adhesion (grease, dust...). In very absorbent substrates it is recommended to previously wet the substrate.
  • Preparation of the mixture: add 6-6.2 l of water per bag and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass, using a mechanical mixer at low revolutions to avoid the excessive inclusion of air. Let the dough rest for about 3 minutes to allow the components to hydrate and work properly and remix.
  • In warm, windy and/or sunny environments, we recommend gently dampening the plaster during the drying process.
  • Wait for it to dry before sanding or applying any other product on top of the decoration (variable according to environmental conditions).
  • Always use clean, running water. Clean and dampen the supports.
  • Do not apply at low temperatures and high humidity, with rain or with risk of frost.
  • The temperature of application must be between 5ºC and 35ºC.
  • Do not apply on lime-based plasters.
